Terms of Service
Last updated September 10, 2026
These terms cover your use of BountyBDR, which is operated by Kindling AI. By creating an account or using BountyBDR you agree to them. If you use BountyBDR for a company, you agree on its behalf and confirm you're allowed to.
Accounts
You must be at least 18 and give accurate information. Keep your sign-in secure; you're responsible for what happens under your account. Companies use BountyBDR through an organization and its members. BDRs are independent contractors, not employees of BountyBDR or of the companies whose bounties they work.
Bounties, claims and meetings
A company posts a bounty: a reward for a held, 30-minute introductory meeting with a named person or role at a target company. An eligible BDR claims it and has a set window to book the meeting onto the company's calendar. A claim that runs out returns the bounty to the board.
A meeting counts once it is held. It is verified from the calendar booking, by the company's confirmation, or automatically 24 hours after it ends. The company can open a dispute within 72 hours; we review the evidence from both sides and decide the outcome.
Payments
The company is charged the bounty amount when a BDR claims it. Once the meeting is verified, the BDR is paid the bounty less BountyBDR's platform fee, which is shown before the bounty is posted. Until then the funds are held in the platform balance. If a dispute is decided for the company, the payment is returned or reversed. Payments are processed by Stripe, and BDRs must complete Stripe's account setup and identity check to be paid.
How you may use BountyBDR
- Follow the laws that apply to outreach, including anti-spam and privacy laws such as CAN-SPAM, GDPR and CASL.
- Don't arrange fake, paid-for or misrepresented meetings, or try to game verification.
- Don't misrepresent who you are or who you work for.
- Don't harass anyone, scrape the service, or interfere with how it runs.
We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules, and withhold payment for fraud.
Your content
You own what you put into BountyBDR. You give us permission to store and use it to run the service. You're responsible for having the right to share the contact details you add, and companies are responsible for the claims in their positioning.
Calendars and other services
BountyBDR works with other services, including Google Calendar, Cal.com, Stripe and Clerk. Their terms apply to your use of them. How we handle calendar data is set out in our Privacy Policy.
No guarantees
BountyBDR is provided as is. We don't guarantee that a bounty will be claimed, that a meeting will be booked or held, or what a meeting will lead to.
Limits on liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to the amounts you paid us, or we paid you, in the 12 months before the claim.
Ending your use
You can stop using BountyBDR at any time. We may suspend or end access for a breach of these terms. Bounties, claims and payments already in progress are settled under these terms.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. Continuing to use BountyBDR after a change means you accept it. Questions: charles@kindling-ai.com.
